While raising our family, my crock pot (and later my Instant Pot) were the true workhorses of my kitchen. That season shaped how I create today: simple, wholesome meals that make life easier. Every recipe is kitchen-tested and family-approved.
Outside the kitchen, I’m a Christian, passionate about horse rescue, and happiest spending time with my family and our rescue horses.
